Ernie: Re: Mothers Day, Valentines Day-

-Are we doing stuff for them?

-Mothers Day: Tina moved to do Mothers Day stuff

Gus: Chinese New Years Needs Volunteers

-They bought us 10 pair of Wildland boots previously….

-Come help on Sun AM Jan 28^th to help post celebration clean up

-Possibly Evening of 27^th to help serve food

-As many people to help as possible is requested: see Gus

Ernie: Patch trade

-Received letter via mail requesting to trade patches with our department

-Roan has contact to make patches

-Scott has patches of ours that say ‘District’ not ‘Department’

-We will use the patches we have

New Officers Taking Over in January-

Chris Prindiville: Motion to extend Gym memberships to Auxillary Benefit

-Members defined as i.e., 10Hrs per month or something

-Possibly 2 month wait period?

-Mentioned that there is a requirement for Helicopter perk of 3 duty nights or 3 calls per month…?

Chris Prindiville: Re: Discount Cards

-Chris has been doing them for 5 years, would like to pass it on

-Involves soliciting discounts from local businesses

-Chris Reid volunteered to take it on

Vicki Wilson: Bingo Update

-Requesting a committee to help with a Bingo game tentatively planned for January 21^st, 2012

-Committee volunteers: Ben, Henry, Tina, Ted, Neomiah, Jimmy, Gus, Ernie, Richard

Ernie Curran: Table Replacements

-10 tables total

-Some need to be fixed and/or replaced

-Ben: District partly responsible; suggested that the association could possibly help in costs i.e., pay half?

-Scott will approach District

-Ben: Motion to offer to pay half if District pays half
